Acupressure Massage

Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force to aid healing. This approach will balance the flow of energy (Chi) throughout the body as well as stimulating the muscular, nervous, lymphatic, immune and circulatory systems, leaving the client calm yet energised and clearly focused.

Acupressure Massage is a calming and relaxing massage which will leave you feeling energized and can help with:

  • Anxiety/Depression
  • Backache
  • Asthma and Breathing Difficulties
  • Headaches/Migraines
  • Insomnia
  • Stress Related Muscle Conditions

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is effective because of its technique – consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles helping to loosen muscles, alleviate pain, and increase mobility and improve blood circulation.

Holistic Facial Massage

Holistic Facial Massage is a sequence of techniques that stimulates the meridians and acupressure points in the face, neck and scalp, with the use of quality skin care products. This helps to promote skin flexibility and suppleness, improves complexion, calms the nervous system and boosts the body’s healing ability.

IHM is a stimulating massage that works specifically on the areas surrounding the head, scalp, face and ears and extending to the shoulders and upper body.
