Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies how the mind works. As our minds are conditioned from the moment we are born and we adopt the beliefs and values of our piers, the outside world may or may not fit our model of how it ’should’ be. This generates our emotions and moulds our behaviour.

Using various techniques you can change your behaviour by being more in control of your state of mind, thus actively choosing what you think about and changing the ‘meaning’ of presenting ‘problems’.

This may be applied to far reaching areas of your life including personal motivation, phobias, weight management, smoking cessation, learning and recall. An example is time-line therapy to assist the unconscious mind to let go of past negative emotions or limiting decisions.

NLP enhances personal freedom and gives you a new perspective on how your mind works. It makes it possible to bring about long and lasting changes in your life.
