Email Us“I came to Synergy Healthcare in June 2006 with Ulcerative Colitis having been diagnosed with it 2 years before. At that time I was very sick, weak and underweight – my weight was about 45 kg and I was in a lot of pain. Having part of my bowels removed seemed to have been the only way out. Private consultations with our Doctors
Consultations with our doctors are 1-1½ hours long. During the consultation a full medical history is taken including diet, lifestyle, occupational and environmental history (i.e. factors within the home, workplace and your surrounding environment) which may affect your health. The doctors then work as “medical detectives” using their expertise in conventional medicine, environmental and nutritional medicine to try to discover the route cause of your illness / condition.
Using laboratories in the UK, Europe and USA any necessary investigations i.e. blood and urine tests, stools analysis, nutritional analysis, allergy testing, heavy metal testing are performed and then working with these results the appropriate treatment and therapies available at the clinic can be administered.
We often find patients have very high levels of pollutants /toxins e.g. lead, mercury, cadmium, pesticides, petrol chemicals which can lead to ill health and chronic medical conditions.
