Single MMR Vaccines

We offer a single vaccination programme for Measles, Rubella and Mumps. Each vaccine is administered singly at a minimum of 8 week intervals and not as part of a “set of three”. The choice is entirely up to the parent/guardian which vaccine/s you wish to have administered. However we do recommend that all three vaccines be administered to maintain herd immunity and prevent epidemics. To have individual vaccines, we recommend that your child be at least 15 months old.

All our vaccines are mercury free, endorsed by the World Health Organisation and are approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) to be administered by a Doctor within the UK. Unfortunately we have no control over supplies, which may become limited or unavailable and cause delay between vaccinations.

Measles

(Those vaccines cultured on egg albumen should not be administered if your child has an egg allergy)

Other vaccines available at the clinic are listed below:

  • Cervical Cancer (Gardasil) 3 vaccines given over 6 months (between ages of 14-26 years)
  • BCG/Mantoux Test For patients over 6 years the mantoux test must be given first. After which the BCG can be providing there has been no reaction.
  • Hib/Meningitis C
  • Polio
  • Chicken Pox (Adults (over 14yrs) require 2 doses)
  • Tetanus over 8yrs only
  • Flu Vaccine

Registration Fee

All new patients are required to register with the clinic. A one off registration fee is charged at the time of registering. This covers maintenance of patient records and all administration costs involved in rescheduling appointments and general updates. All vaccines are paid for at the clinic on the day of immunisation. We accept cash, cheque and credit cards.
